Most brokers go quiet after enrollment. We don't.
When SilverEdge enrolls you in a Medicare or ACA plan, you get a named advisor — not a 1-800 queue. They call you at every renewal, help with claims, fight formulary changes, and check the market every year to see if there's a better fit. Same advisor, same number, every year.
Year-round support, no extra cost.
Annual plan review
Every AEP (Medicare) and Open Enrollment (ACA), your advisor calls you, reviews your current plan against new ones, and switches you if there's a better fit at the same network.
Claims & appeals help
Got a claim denied? Surprise bill? Provider out-of-network? Call your advisor — we coordinate with the carrier on your behalf, no charge.
Formulary & provider changes
If your drug gets reclassified mid-year or your doctor leaves the network, we help you switch plans during the next eligible window — or find an in-network replacement.
Life-event triggered SEPs
Moving? Lost employer coverage? Income changed? Got married? You may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. Call us — we check eligibility same day.
Plan termination support
If your Medicare Advantage plan leaves your area or your ACA carrier exits the marketplace, we proactively reach out before the deadline with a transition plan.
Same team, same number
You have one named licensed advisor — not a rotating 1-800 queue. Their direct line, their email, their commitment.
What we do for you, every year.
January – Year starts on your new plan
Your new plan is active. Welcome packet from the carrier should arrive. If anything's wrong (wrong PCP assignment, wrong card, missing dental rider) — call us, we fix it.
March – Quick mid-Q1 check (Medicare members)
End of Medicare Open Enrollment Period (Jan 1 – Mar 31). If you're on MA and want to switch once, this is the window. We check in.
July – Mid-year review
Quick call to confirm everything's working — meds covered, doctors in-network, no surprise bills. Catch issues before AEP scramble.
September – AEP/OEP prep packet
Carriers publish next-year plan changes (premiums, formularies, networks). We email you a summary of what's changing on YOUR plan, and what alternatives are worth a look.
October–December – Active enrollment review
Your advisor calls during AEP (Medicare, Oct 15 – Dec 7) or as your renewal approaches in OE (ACA, Nov 1 – Jan 15). Walk through every viable plan, switch if it saves you money or fits better, otherwise keep what's working.
Anytime – Life-event SEPs
Job change, move, marriage, baby, income change, lost coverage. Call us — most life events trigger a 60-day window to enroll outside of standard periods.
