Carriers pay us — never you
When we'll get back to you Callback requests in business hours: usually within 14 minutes. After hours: first thing the next business day. During AEP (Oct 15 – Dec 7) and OEP (Nov 1 – Jan 15), we extend hours into evenings and weekends.
Why we never charge you Insurance carriers pay licensed brokerages a commission when you enroll. Working with SilverEdge costs the same as going direct — but you get a human in your corner who can compare every plan in your area.

Quick answers

Before you call

How long is the call, and what should I have ready?
Most calls take 10–20 minutes. Bring your ZIP code, the names of any prescriptions you take, and a list of doctors you'd like to keep. For Medicare callers, your Medicare card and a sense of your monthly budget are helpful.
Will I get hard-sell pressure?
No. Our advisors are paid the same whether you enroll today, next week, or never. We're judged on member satisfaction, not on closing one specific plan. If you want to think it over, that's fine.
How fast will someone call me back?
During business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–8pm ET, Sat 9am–2pm ET) the average is about 14 minutes. After hours, expect a call first thing the next business day. During AEP and OEP we extend our hours into evenings and weekends.
Are you really free? Where's the catch?
No catch. Insurance carriers pay licensed brokerages a commission when you enroll, the same way they pay their direct sales reps. Plan prices are identical — there is no "going direct" discount. The only difference is whether you have a human in your corner.
What if I don't qualify for what I'm asking about?
We'll tell you honestly and point you toward the right next step — even if that's another organization, your state Medicaid office, or just waiting for the next enrollment window.
What about Medicare plans — do you offer all of them?
We currently represent organizations which offer HMO, PPO, PDP, and Medicare Supplement plans. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.

Still on the fence? Pick up the phone.

One short conversation, no obligation. We'll tell you what's worth it and what isn't.
