Our culture

What you can expect.

Remote by design

Our team is distributed across 30+ states. We work from wherever works. Core hours overlap 11am–3pm ET.

Real ownership

Small team, big leverage. Engineers ship to production daily. Producers manage their own pipeline. Ops runs the machine.

Paid well, paid fast

1099 producers paid weekly. W-2 roles: competitive base + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k after 90 days).

Straight talk, no gimmicks

We don't cold-call. We don't farm aged leads. We don't misrepresent plans to members. If that sounds obvious — good; most of this industry doesn't operate that way.

Hiring process

How it works.

Four steps, typically two weeks from application to offer. No take-home projects. No trick questions.

Step 1

Apply

Email your resume (or a note about what you'd want to build). We read everything. Expect a response within 3 business days.

Step 2

30-minute intro call

With the hiring manager. We talk about the role, your experience, and whether our pace and model feel like a fit.

Step 3

Craft conversation

Producers: a role-play of a difficult client call. Engineers: a pairing session on real code we've shipped. Ops/compliance: a workflow walkthrough. No whiteboards.

Step 4

Meet the team & offer

Two 30-minute chats with potential teammates, a reference call, then an offer. Producers can typically start contracting within a week.
