First-year producer with full inbound flow during AEP + steady year-round SEP work. Includes commissions and AEP bonuses.
Built book-of-business persistency residuals on top of new-business commissions. Median Year-3 producer earned $174K in 2025.
Top 10% of our producers — earn-out via heavy AEP volume, multi-state licensing, and persistent renewal book year over year.
All figures are pre-tax 1099 gross. Past results do not guarantee future earnings — you eat what you kill, but we feed you a steady supply of inbound leads.
