Most Georgians qualify for federal premium tax credits. Georgia Access maintains the same federal subsidy structure but adds state-level navigation tools and broker support.
2026 Georgia Marketplace carriers
Availability varies by county and metal tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
2026 Georgia on-exchange carriers include: Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter (Centene), Oscar, Aetna CVS Health, UnitedHealthcare, Alliant Health Plans, CareSource, Cigna, and Kaiser Permanente.
Networks vary widely. Some plans use narrow networks built around a single health system; others use broader statewide PPOs. We verify your doctor and preferred hospital before recommending any plan.
Medicaid expansion in Georgia
Georgia has not fully expanded Medicaid under the ACA. The state operates a limited "Pathways to Coverage" program for adults at very low incomes who meet work or activity requirements, but a Medicaid coverage gap exists for many low-income adults who earn less than 100% of the Federal Poverty Level. We help identify community health centers, hospital charity care, and short-term options for clients in the gap.
